The APS College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists is committed to organising and promoting continuing professional development activities for its members, and for all psychologists seeking to further develop skills in the field of sport and exercise psychology.

CoSEP state sections run regular CPD activities: for details, see the 'State section activities' information below.

CoSEP also organises sport and exercise psychology papers, fora and symposia at the annual APS conference, and at the annual conference of Sports Medicine Australia. For details, see the Conferences page. A list of international conferences is also available on this page.

State section activities

NSW

The NSW Section of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists maintains an active program of professional development.

At Homebush, the College presents regular seminars in sport and exercise psychology, open to members, students and all interested psychologists.

At Westmead, the College has initiated a new series of seminars in the field of child and adolescent sport and exercise psychology, in conjunction with the Psychology Department of the Children's Hospital.

QLD

The QLD Section of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists partners regularly with the Sport and Exercise Psychology Network at the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) to provide a continuing professional development program.

These events are open to QAS Network members, CoSEP members, non-members and students.
