Dr Damian Cotchett
Damian has over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of executive roles including customer experience, operations and customer services, human resources, change management and consulting. He works closely with clients to understand the prevailing context and issues challenging the organisation and applies rigorous methodologies and approaches in deriving pragmatic solutions. Damian’s work demonstrates a proven record in developing leaders and leadership teams to successfully deliver outstanding results, often in demanding and changing environments. His areas of expertise are consumer psychology, customer experience management, organisational change and organisational development. on the COP national Committee Damian focuses on enhancing the Member Value Proposition.

Anita brings along experience as a Research Executive at a Market and Social Research firm, as well as insights and understandings of human behaviour and thought processes from her current clinical work. She has a passion for Consumer Psychology and is excited to be part of this area’s growth in Australia.

An experienced marketing professional, a fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute - who has headed-up marketing/communications functions of great Australian organisations.

Experience includes: the development of Foster's worldwide as Marketing Director of Foster's International; as Vice Principal Marketing & Communications at the University of Melbourne -Higher Education reform launching "the Melbourne Model".

The evidence-based nature of a training in psychology has always been at the core of my marketing approach. A member of the APS for over 30 years, I recently returned to the psychology profession to head communications, marketing and events for the Australian Psychological Society.
