The following members of the National College Committee have been elected by the members of the College of Sport and Excercise psychologists. Jacqui is a registered sport and exercise psychologist working in private practice and specialising in eating disorders, athletic transitions (retirement / entry into elite sport / etc), performing arts and children’s sport. Jacqui has had diverse range of experiences working as a psychologist with athletes and teams competing at the elite level which has included AFL football, National League netball and at World University, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.

Georgia Ridler is a registered Sport & Exercise Psychologist working in private practice. Georgia is currently the Lead Psychologist for Swimming Australia and has significant experience in high performance settings, supporting Olympic sports programs across three Olympic cycles (Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, Rio 2012). She is passionate about assisting sporting organisations to build a performance ecology that embeds psychological strategies in the areas of Performance, Culture and Wellbeing. Her background includes career counselling and elite gymnastics coaching, and Georgia has previously held the role of QAS Sports Medicine Senior Advisor.

Assoc Prof Gene Moyle

Assoc. Prof. Gene Moyle has worked across a dynamic mix of fields including the performing arts, elite sport and corporate sectors. An ex-ballet dancer, she completed a Masters and Doctorate in Sport and Exercise Psychology and has focused upon the application of performance psychology and performance enhancement. She has worked as a career advisor, academic, and the Head of Student Health and Welfare at the Australian Ballet School. Gene also has significant experience in high performance settings, supporting Olympic Winter sports programs across three Olympic cycles (Torino 2008, Vancouver 2010, Sochi 2014), and has worked extensively within the elite sporting system at both State and National level. She has held Senior Executive roles across a range of industries, and is a Board/Exec member of the Queensland Board of PsyBA, Queensland Ballet, QAS Performance Health Advisory Panel, and Australian Society for Performing Arts Healthcare - http://staff.qut.edu.au/staff/moyleg/

Mr Shayne Hanks
Shayne Hanks, MAPS, is a registered psychologist with an endorsement in sport and exercise psychologist (PBA) who currently works at the WA Institute of Sport. He is a member of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychology and has previously held roles in the Victorian and National committees of COSEP. He is also the founder and director of Performance Boost, a private practice, and works out of the Perth office in Western Australia. He has provided an extensive range of sport, exercise, and performance psychology services over the last 15 years and has worked with athletes from AFL, State and Australian cricket teams, the NRL, Victorian Institute of Sport, Victorian Golf Association (VGA), the NBL, WAIS and many other sports. He also assists dancers, performing artists, and musicians with performance psychology.

Damien is a private practice psychologist working on both the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, Queensland. Whilst having a passion for assisting athletes and other performers achieve their performance goals, Damien is particularly passionate about assisting athletes and performers struggling with clinical issues such as depression and anxiety. Damien also works within the Medicare system and is equally passionate about assisting non-athlete populations with a focus on chronic pain and injury management, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues.
