The following members of the Interest Group Committee have been elected by the members of this Interest Group. Mrs Arianne Struik
Arianne Struik is a clinical psychologist, family therapist and EMDR practitioner and consultant, originally from the Netherlands. She worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health for twenty-two years as a clinical psychologist and program director. Arianne has been member of the ESTD Child and Adolescent committee for several years.
She moved to Australia and became director of The Institute for Chronically Traumatized Children (ICTC) from which she delivers FIFO-trauma treatment in remote areas in Australia and New Zealand.
She developed the Sleeping Dogs method, described in the book Treating Chronically Traumatized Children (Struik, 2014) and teaches internationally on the treatment of trauma and dissociation in children.

Hugh completed a Batchelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology at the University of New South Wales in 1984 and after some years of working in community health settings completed his Masters in Clinical Psychology at UQ in 1993 and is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Over the past 30 years Hugh has worked as a clinician with children, adults and older adults in community, hospital and institutional settings in Australia and England. He has a wide range of interests including end-of-life issues and more complex presentations and believes EMDR is an extremely effective therapy.

Ms Kellie Edwards
With a strong background in Leadership Coaching, Organisational Change and Human Resource Management, Kellie Edwards is a Psychologist, Mindfulness Teacher and EMDR Therapist based in Edithvale and Melbourne CBD. She runs group workshops and individual coaching and counselling sessions both online and face to face. These programs integrate mindfulness and self compassion practices with the power of EMDR to help Make Better Possible for clients.

I am an accredited institute trained EMDR Practitioner, Facilitator and Consultant. I grew up in Germany and live since 1993 in Australia, Newcastle. I am a registered Psychologist and work since 2004 in private practice after been employed in D&A Health services and women's Health Centre. I am passionate about EMDR therapy since I discovered it in 2007 through personal experiences. Although I do want to work less I want to give back to the EMDR community.
