Participate in an Eating Disorder Survey

The Mid North Coast Health District has dedicated additional resources to assist with the development of a comprehensive, integrated and evidence based eating disorder service for the Mid North Coast in accordance with the NSW Health Service Plan for People with Eating Disorders (2013-2018).

To assist with information gathering in relation to the existing services in the private and public sector please complete a brief survey which is intended to explore what psychological services currently are available in the community for clients with eatin disorders.
