The Psychology and Integrative Mental Health Interest Group progresses a framework for interprofessional collaboration, culturally responsive care, and ethical excellence in the integration of traditional, complementary, and integrative medicine (TCIM) approaches. We lead the professional response to consumer demand by synthesising evidence-based TCIM approaches (e.g., nutritional psychiatry, herbal, mind-body, and somatic approaches) into contemporary practice. Our mission is to bridge the gap between innovation and application through high-impact research production, professional development, and the safe and strategic implementation of integrative approaches into psychology education and practice.
