If you are presenting an individual research paper, symposium, how-to session or practice forum, please download the oral presentation speaker briefing notes below.

Do I need to register for the conference?
Yes, all presenters must register for the conference by the specified date, otherwise they risk having their presentation removed from the program.
Can I register for another day, and just come and give my presentation when scheduled?
No, you must be registered for the day on which your presentation is scheduled.
What AV resources will be available?
All rooms will be equipped with the following:
Can I just bring my memory stick into the session room and load my presentation straight onto the computer?
All speakers are required to check in with the audio visual technicians at least four hours prior to their scheduled presentation time and load their presentation onto a central system. This will give you the opportunity to check that your presentation is working correctly.
I wish to distribute copies of my presentation/paper/abstract to delegates in my session. Are there photocopying/printing facilities on site?
There are no complimentary photocopying or printing facilities on site. The conference handbook will provide information of the nearest print and copy facilities.
