Conference proceedings
Submissions to the Proceedings must NOT take the form of a written summary of the presentation. Submissions should report on the recent empirical findings of the researcher(s); reviews of the literature will only be accepted if they include a meta analysis, or other scientific approaches to understanding previously published data in aggregate form.
- Submissions will ONLY be accepted from conference registrants
- Written papers MUST contain the same title and abstract as accepted by the Scientific
- Committee and listed in the conference program
- Authors must adhere to the FORMAT of the template provided, available for download below.
A limit of 4000 words, including references, text in tables and author details, will be strictly enforced.
- Papers should be submitted by electronic email to [email protected] - hard copy cannot be accepted.
- Authors should indicate clearly whether they wish their paper to be considered for the peer review or non peer review section.
- Receipt of papers will be acknowledged by email.
- Papers which do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be sent for review in the first instance, with the corresponding author notified via email.
- Papers are to be submitted by midnight 30 November 2011
- The outcome of the review will be advised via email to the corresponding author.
- Any revisions requested by the reviewers must be made within 10 days of receiving notice if extensive, and 5 days if minor.
- The Reviewers' decisions will be final.
- Authors will be required to assign copyright to the publisher as detailed in the Copyright form available here.
