Co-Convener
Ms Rachael Ambler
Rachael is a clinical psychologist and EMDR consultant. She has been practising in her own private practice in Brisbane for over 20 years, with over a decade's experience in EMDR. She primarily works with individual adults, and enjoys using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including schema therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal therapy, parts work, clinical hypnosis, and ACT. Rachael is an AHPRA approved supervisor and loves supporting both clinical psychology students at Griffith University, clinical registrars, and therapists working towards EMDR accreditation. She also has a passion for facilitating small groups and has run retreats and developed courses focusing on self-care.

Mrs Elaine Bennett
Elaine is a Registered Psychologist with a background working in public mental health services and private practice. She treats adults with a wide variety of presentations. Elaine has been associated with the APS since 2005, has served on APS committees in various roles for many years, and is currently Co-convenor of the APS EMDR Therapy and Psychology Interest Group. In practice Elaine uses a range of therapeutic approaches, but since training in EMDR in 2016 this has been her focus. She is an EMDR Consultant who enjoys supporting the learning of EMDR practitioners and helping them integrate EMDR into their practice.
Treasurer
Mr Wa Chi Choi
Bandai Choi is a Clinical Psychologist and Social Worker with extensive experience in supporting clients facing complex challenges, including trauma, attachment issues, mood disorders, and behavioral addictions. He has a strong focus on integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, EFCT, ACT, and Schema Therapy. He has worked in various clinical settings, ranging from social welfare services to private practice, and is passionate about fostering a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy.
Prior to his practice in Victoria, Bandai was an active member of the psychology society in Hong Kong. He served as an Associate Fellow, Treasurer, and Clinical Supervisor. His commitment to advancing psychological practice and supporting clients' well-being remains central to his work.

Dr Emily Incledon
Emily is a Melbourne-based Clinical Psychologist, EMDRAA Accredited Practitioner and Board-approved supervisor. She works part-time in private practice and as a Consultant on the Clinical Panel for the Transport Accident Commision. Emily’s primary interest in her clinical work is treating trauma-related presentations in adults.
Prior to entering private practice, Emily worked in public health. She held positions as a Senior Psychologist across several major hospitals in the areas of chronic pain, rehabilitation and oncology, in both pediatric and adult settings. Emily has served on Ethics committees and Clinical Advisory panels for the development of Clinical Guidelines. She has a background in research and has published in peer-reviewed journals on the topics of chronic pain, obesity, chronic illness and child health.

Dr Belinda Harris
Belinda is the Director of Health in Mind Orange, a large psychological private practice in Orange NSW. Belinda provides psychological treatment to adults with severe and chronic mental health issues, including dissociative disorders, trauma, eating disorders and personality disorders. She is an EMDR Practitioner and EMDR facilitator in training (EMDR Institute).
Belinda is passionate about contributing to the number and quality of psychologists (particularly in the central west and rural areas), through the supervision and training of provisional and registered psychologists. Belinda is also keen to promote the unity of psychologists as a profession.
