Ms Sharon Garro
I am a child and adolescent psychologist who works with students to build on their strengths and talents. I help them to find out their unique character and identity and also find their learning strengths through my work as an educational psychologist. I run my own practice and consult to schools in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria. My passion is in the area of Positive Education and mentoring people in the areas of Positive Psychology and I have completed the Masters in Applied Psychology at University of Melbourne.

I'm a wellbeing and resilience psychologist. I have conversations with people which help them harness their strengths, find their voice and live with confidence and authenticity. I fuse my training and experience as a Counseling Psychologist with the field of Positive Psychology and the work of people like Brene Brown. I practice from Brunswick in Melbourne and love providing transformative counselling, coaching, workshops and training to individuals and groups.

I am a clinical psychologist and Founding Director of the Life Buoyancy Institute (located in Adelaide). Through a PhD program, I developed a growth-focused model of intentional practice that brings focus to the delivery of safe and higher impact outcomes through program design and supporting adult relationships. I currently train and partner with schools, care agencies, community service organisations and research institutions in the implementation evidence-based wellbeing and behavioural interventions integrating positive psychology and intentional approaches.

As a clinical psychologist, wellbeing coach and trainer, I work with individuals and organisations who seek guidance with achieving their personal and professional goals. My main clinical interest and treatment focus remains peaked by the many incarnations of anxiety and trauma. Some training topics include compassion fatigue and burnout, psychological health & wellbeing in the workplace, wellbeing theory, character strengths, and improving willpower. To complement and enhance my practice, I completed a Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne. My private practice is based in Adelaide’s CBD at Room for Positive Change.

Ms Joanne Fenton
I am an experienced organisational psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Psychology) and Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Melbourne. I have been a senior manager providing strategic advice, human resource development and organisational consultancy services to corporate management teams. I have held leadership, management and change agent roles in private and public sector organisations and currently manage my own Human Resources Consultancy business in Melbourne. I focus on assisting clients (e.g. blue collar and executive teams) improve their work performance and motivation, and help them enhance their overall wellbeing, organisational contribution and life success. The application of positive psychology principles and practices form a component of my consultancy process.

In my spare time, I take singing lessons, sing in a choir and in concerts, tap dance, spend time with my husband, family and friends, and regularly attend gym and Pilates classes

Dr Suzy Green
Dr Suzy Green is a Clinical and Coaching Psychologist (MAPS) and Founder of The Positivity Institute. Suzy is a leader in the complementary fields of Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology. Suzy conducted a world-first study on evidence-based coaching as an Applied Positive Psychology which was the 1st Australian study published in the Journal of Positive Psychology. Suzy lectured on Applied Positive Psychology as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer in the Coaching Psychology Unit, University of Sydney for ten years and is an Honorary Vice President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Suzy also currently holds Honorary Academic positions at Australian Catholic University and the University of Melbourne.

I am a student at the University of Melbourne studying psychology and linguistics. I volunteer at a school helping run wellbeing interventions and assisting with student learning.
