NSW Legislation of importance to psychologists in NSW

Background to legislation is generally accessible through the NSW Parliament website with reference to Hansard transcripts of readings and debates. Explanatory memoranda to Bills also provide useful information on the background to the Bill. www.parliament.nsw.gov.au

The principal source site for NSW legislation has been developed by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office and contains NSW legislation in force, constantly consolidated and kept up-to-date and provides advanced searching and browsing facilities. www.legislation.nsw.gov.au
