Chair's Message

A warm welcome to all existing, new, and prospective members of the Sunshine Coast Branch of the Australian Psychological Society. As the Chair of this Branch, I see this website as a great opportunity to promote the discipline of psychology, the professional standards of our members, and to bring the benefits of accredited members' skills closer to the public. Our central theme for the next two years is therefore:

To encourage and educate members of the public to understand that it is 'good thinking' to consult an APS psychologist, specialists in looking after mental health and wellbeing.

In the following pages and via web links, specific news about our Branch, items of professional development, peer group support and networking opportunities, media publications and current professional and public activities on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia, will be displayed.
