I am the Medical Director for Women’s & Children’s Health , Gold Coast Health, comprising: Community Child Health, Paediatric inpatient and outpatient units, Children’s Critical Care, Child Protection, Neonatal Intensive Care, as well as Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Abstract: The presentation will provide a primer for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders with a particular view to the Australian context and will include discussion of the key diagnostic features, current diagnostic guidelines, aetiology, prevalence – including sub-populations, interventions as well as diagnostic and service delivery models.
