The College of Counselling Psychologists publishes "Congruence", a newsletter for members which can be downloaded free of charge through this College webpage. Congruence is downloadable as a PDF document, which requires Adobe  Reader, which can be downloaded by following this link.
 
All College members are encouraged to submit an article to Congruence, and submissions can be related to professional issues, professional development, self-care, and members interests.
