I am a Fellow of the APS and the College of Health Psychologists, and now semi-retired. I was an academic at La Trobe University for 17 years and held numerous executive positions at the National Office of the APS for around 13 years. My research predominantly focused on the cognitive and behaviour factors of chronic disease management.

I am currently providing PBA-approved training of psychology supervisors, and other training topics to psychologists and organisations. I value opportunities to develop foundational and meta-competencies in psychologists, particularly early career psychologists.

I have a long involvement with the College of Health Psychologists through various committees, and I intent to provide my expertise to further promote this important area of psychology. Health Psychology has so much to contribute to the physical, social and psychological well-being of our communities.
