South Australian Committee Information
The following members of the College State Section Committee have been elected by members of the College of Organisational psychologists in a particular State. This is a sub-Committee of the College National Committee. Please feel free to contact the College State Section Committee members with any queries or suggestions about the activities and events which they organise for members of this College in this State.
Chair
Ms Angela Haydon
Angela is currently Organisational Development Manager at Advanced Plastic Recycling - an organisation that manufactures products from recycled plastic and wood. She currently has a focus on strategy development and organisational growth. Prior to this, Angela worked as a Consultant for a number of years and has experience in a broad range of industries.
Secretary
Dr Jaime Auton
Jaime Auton is a registered organisational psychologist and human factors researcher. Her primary area of research is in the assessment and development of expertise of operators working within high-risk, high-consequence technical environments. Jaime has published peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters and has presented her research at both domestic and international conferences. Jaime received her BA (Hons in Psychology) from the University of Sydney and completed her combined PhD/Master of Organisational Psychology degree and subsequent post-doctoral research fellowship at Macquarie University in Sydney. She is currently a lecturer within the School of Psychology at the University of Adelaide.
Committee Member
Ms Hayley Lokan
Hayley is an Organisational Psychologist and Director of Lokan Consulting. She works with a diverse range of clients to deliver services including psychometric testing, leadership development and coaching, organisational and business process reviews, change management strategies, training programs and employee surveys. Hayley applies the principles of psychology into the workplace to enhance the performance and potential of individuals, teams and organisations as a whole.
